Prodisc secures certification for 16x DVD+R/-R discs from Pioneer


According to DigiTimes, Prodisc Technology announced that it has obtained certification for its 16x DVD+R/-R discs from Pioneer and A Grade Lab certification for its 8x DVD-R discs from the DVD Forum.

Prodisc claimed that it is the first Taiwan company to obtain the certifications, which are expected to help the firm compete for OEM orders, the company added.
