ASUS A6000N notebook series provides portable video conferencing right out of the box

ASUS introduced the A6000 Notebook Series, which leveraged a built-in webcam, microphone and the exclusive GameFace Live video-conferencing feature to provide an interactive experience for mobile computing.

The latest notebook series also incorporated a 15.4", 16:10 ratio aspect widescreen display and powerful graphics core, making it ideal for movies and graphics intensive applications.

Built-in webcam and microphone
Whether it's at home, hotel rooms, coffee shops or airports, as long as there is Internet connection, the A6000 Series can link users to the rest of the world via video conferencing. The hassle and cost of bringing web cameras and microphones on business trips are a thing of the past since this notebook series comes equipped with both devices built in.

GameFace Live ? See and talk to teammate and opponents
To provide an interactive and exciting PC gaming experience, the A6000N Series incorporated GameFace Live. It is the world's first multi-player, video/audio communication solutions for DirectX PC gaming. It enables simultaneous connection of up to eight players, allowing gamers to talk to and see their teammates or the enemies during PC gaming. Players can now taunt opponents, strategize with teammates, stare down the enemy and share a few laughs. Online gaming has never been this much fun.

Powerful processing and graphics
The A6000N Series leveraged the advanced Intel? Pentium? M 715-765 processor and powerful onboard graphics to deliver powerful processing and high-speed graphics. Run complex multimedia applications and play 3D games on the A6000N Series without a glitch.

OS-free music enjoyment
ASUS Audio DJ enables instant playback of your favorite CD without first entering OS. A control panel similar to that of a CD player features functions for play, pause, stop, fast forward, and rewind as well as volume control.

Attention to detail
The 16:9 touchpad matches the 16:10 wide screen. Users no longer have to move their fingers across the touch pad repeatedly to shift the cursor from one corner to another. A gapless design further eliminated the annoying dust accumulation around the rim.
