MyDVD Studio Deluxe v.6.0

Sonic Solutions has released a new version of MyDVD, called MyDVD Studio Deluxe version 6.0 that targets the CD/ DVD authoring suite market.

The application has matured quite a bit, and the new version ushers in a brand new interface. MyDVD Studio Deluxe has morphed into a CD/ DVD disc burning and authoring application. The new interface features tabs down the left side that, with the exception of the Home button, offers buttons for burning CD/ DVDs of all types. The buttons include Audio, Copy, Data, Video, and Tools. We'll take a look at some of the new features to this entry level CD/ DVD authoring application, starting with the Audio Button.

The Audio button is for creating discs from your audio files. When you click the button, the application drop down menu gives you four choices to choose from; Audio Guide, which gives you three choices of which to create an audio CD; create an audio CD for car or home player; create a Jukebox CD to play in your computer or MP3, WMA, or WAV player, or convert your audio files to MP3 format for storage on a hard drive or other disc storage device.

The new software will be demonstrated in detail from the CDRInfo website.
