Pioneer Releases 5 New DVD Recorders


5 New "HDD & DVD Recorders" compatible with VR mode recording on DVD-R from Pioneer

Newly developed high quality full digital circuit "DianaCircuit" equipped, and through i.Link connection with Pioneer's digital tuner in Plasma TVs, high quality recording is possible on large storage HDD. 5 new models released: high end models as "DVR-920H-S" / "DVR-720H-S;" standard models as "DVR-625H-S" / "DVR-525H-S" and HDD & DVD recorder equipped with 5.1ch surround system as "HTZ-929DVR."

All 5 models are VR mode recording compatible on DVD-R discs, where Terrestrial, BS, 110°CS Digital broadcast recording and such content move from HDD to discs are possible. Furthermore, enhanced features of EPG recording with "Recording Dictionary" makes it easier to record than ever before.

Compatible with DVD-R/RW (Video mode・VR mode・VR mode with CPRM ), and Video CD, CD-R/RW playback.
