Prices of 12x DVD Dual burners drop below NT$3,000


Retail prices of 12x DVD Dual burners dropped below NT$3,000 (US$88) last week.

Both Sony and Lite-On IT are trying to clear out their stock, according to sources in the channel.

Average retail prices of half-height (H/H) Combo drives also dropped to NT$1,200-1,300 (US$35-38) and prices of 52x CD-RW burners fell slightly to NT$900-980 (US$27-28).
