With the Windows 95A original release, I am able to dual boot to Windows 3.xx by pressing F4 on start up. Can I dual boot 95B, 95C or Windows 98 to Windows 3.xx the same way?

NO. Beginning with 95B, no future release of Windows 95 and Windows 98 will support dual-booting with Windows 3.x. Users can still use a third-party boot manager (such as is bundled with Partition Magic 3.0, Windows NT 4.0, OS/2 or the LINUX LILO Loader) to support dual booting capabilities. Users can still create a FAT 16 partition for Windows 3.xx, however, Windows 3.xx will NOT recognize FAT 32 partitions.
