I recently purchased an Iomega 12/10/32 drive which turned out to be the Sanyo BP1300P. I can't find any firmware updates for this drive

Iomega 121032 is a Plextor. Have a look at the Hardware OC at CDRINFO.COM and read the article about turning a IOMEGA 121032 into a Plextor writer
