Most 90 minutes disc's show up as 80 minutes disc in most writers(with most firmwares). The full capacity is most times only possible with overburning. I think the settings for overburning options for NERO can be find quite easily on the net/forum if not then ask for it.

However it is possible that some 90 minutes disc's will only work on with very few writers and not with your writer.(Melody 90 minutes (first version) doesn't work with Lite On's /Plextor and most other burners. In fact only mitsumi,LG and Teac have some models that support these 90 minutes disc's. However I have heard that the newer ones are possible to use on most burners. But I won't recommend them knowing the quality of most melody media.

Newer 90 minutes media from TDK,Datatrack shows up as 90 minutes media on some writers (depending on writer and firmware) if the drive recognizes the media correct you can burn it up to 90 minutes without overburning settings.

DAO (Disc at Once) for a guide. Check the link I haven't tried this guide myself so far. Since I just clicked some things I needed at home which I guessed I needed them and since I am not at home or have NERO at hand I can't check the settings directly.
So if this guide for overburning ?
If this doesn't work for you then I will look at my home settings. So let me know.

I'm sorry but I can't.
Overburning depends on drive and firmware.
Depending on different drives and firmwares and different media you have different results. If a drive will not let you write it at a higher speed you could try a firmware update or try different media.

Remember Lower speeds are most times more succesfull.
I can't do anything about it if some drive will not write some 80+ media. (Some media works only on 3 drives.)Or that it only works at a very low speed with you drive.
The only thing you could try is different 80+ media from a different manufacturer but then again some drives are very limited when overburning and will only do it at 4x and lower. The problem for experimentating is that you might end up with a disc which your drive cannot support. Still the disc's can be used as 80 minutes disc's in this case. However for Lite On drives this change is small so far only old Melody 90 minutes disc's are not supported by Lite On (now I don't know the real manufacturer) but this media allready states on the outside which 3 drives support it.
