The BEST one? Huhhh....hard to tell...there are many good programs to convert DVD 2 VCD (actually DVD2VCD is one of them

)

I would suggest You to take a look at 2 links...HERE...and HERE...(they are both from our forum and I believe You could find some useful information and more links there...)

And I would also suggest that You post Your question in that part of forum ([Optical Storage Software >> CD/DVD Authoring) to get even more info from other "specialized cd/dvd members"...
