problem with nero

I have a problem with nero. When I try to burn, there are some files that needed to encoded, and when encoding is done, it starts to write but then it stops because of an "internal target error"

What can I do so that next time that I burn the files, I won't get the same error?

Also, during the encoding process, a strange icon appeared beside the names of one of the files that was encoding and then encoding stopped. Does anyone know what that means?
