Of course, 3T Jitter shows the absolute writing quality of the drive since it doesn't affected from media variation (possible physical defects of the drive, dust etc...) but only from the shape of the Pits/Lands.
High 3T Jitter values will cause problems when playback the disc at a stand alone CD players...
