I am a noob to these forums, but pretty knowledgeable about PC matters in general sooo....

I did a search for TEAC and my model number (CD-W516EB) but didn't come up with results for both so I am starting a new thread to see if maybe someone has the same burner that I do and what media the like the best, have had the best results with...

I have had this burner for more than a year and have used nothing but Imation (red label) discs when burning (I have gone through 3 100 disc spindles so far). I have not made one coaster with the drive yet, but as I was browsing through the posts here tonight I noticed that many of you think that the Imation CD's are of mediocre quality, at best. I would like to know what you think that I should be using and why. If you would rather post links to threads that is fine, but after reading so many posts about how bad the Imation CD's are I am a little worried.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
