I would like to create a CD or DVD that contains a series of JPG images that I can display on my television as a sort of slide show. I have Nero and I was wondering if I could create a CD or DVD in an appropriate format, using Nero, to display these pictures on my television. If Nero cannot create such a CD/DVD, can someone recommend a software package that will do this?

It depends on what you player supports. If it supports JPEG view then you can just burn a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM with the files straight in them.

The manual for the player is not exactly clear on what it would read or not. I did create a couple of different format CDs, but neither would play. Unfortunately, I could not tell if it was the format in which I created them (the PC software) or the inability of the player to read the format. I guess I will have to continue experimenting.

Thanks for the replies.

I have seen some of the "Photo CD" was actually to convert all the JPEG to DAT (in VCD), one JPEG file convert to one DAT!!!!

But I think this is not a smart way....

It should work in Nero as well, I have done this many times, for sending to family and friends.
