hi i recently bought all of this i know huge investment lol

Star Ocean 3
Netowrk Adapter
Seagate 80 gig hard drive
and HD Loader orginal press

now i backed up most my games and this one is giving me trouble i have doen the following

read up on numerous forums and only found problems at disc 2 i have problems at disc 1

i backed up bith discs and loaded up disc 1 and played the game saved and then went back and loaded it from the HDD and it says please insert disc...now i dont mind except i bought HDL so i wouldnt need to any help would be GREATLY appreciated

i have used HDL Dumb and no luck :( i really love this game and i dont mind inserting the disc but if i can avoid it i'd like to..

you dont have to install it thru pc, try install it with ps2. game works fine for me

thanx for the advice turns out it copied wrong the time i installed it thru the ps2 went straight to title screen installed it again thru HDL_Dump and it works fine now woot!

just have to worry about that second disc problem now...i heard it freezes on the switch to the 2nd disc.

JUST enable mode 3 on disc 2 or enable all 3 modes??

and this will fix the freezing on disc 2 switch so i wont need to skip any events or pop the disc into the ps2 so that it wont freeze?

enable mode 3 on disc 2
there will be an option for you to save the game b4 you start disc 2 so you wont be skippin anything
