There is not really too much left to write- this kit speaks for itself. I have installed a lot of watercooing kits in my life, and I have to say that is one of my favorites. From an installation standpoint, this is the best kit with which I have ever worked. The installation was easy, quick, and did not require me to take apart my whole computer. This means that the H20-120-P kit would be great for upgrading an existing computer. In terms of performance this kit was no slouch, in fact, it was able to handily beat a very well designed kit from AlphaCool, even when using Asetek's water block.
When it comes down to it, I think Swiftech has compiled a really great way to water cool almost any computer. For about $220, for just the H20-120-P kit, you can do a great job of cooling even the most heavily overclocked CPU in near silence. If you want to take things a step further the entire kit, as tested, will cost you about $315. While $300+ dollars is undoubtably a lot of money you are getting a lot of parts, all of which are well-designed, built with great craftsmanship, and compatible with all the newest processors. This means you can cool your P4 or Athlon XP right now, than in a few years move it over to your Athlon64, or LGA 775.
