The lawsuit that Birmingham-based mobile market Sendo brought against Microsoft over allegations of the theft of trade secrets is finally over.

The legal battle between UK phone manufacturer Sendo and Microsoft has been settled, the companies announced on Monday morning.

Sendo had been suing Microsoft for the alleged theft of trade secrets, fraud and for conducting unfair competition -- charges which Microsoft had denied. The case had been proceeding in Texas, but has now been concluded with both parties denying "any and all" liability.

Full details of the settlement weren't immediately available on Monday. As part of the deal Microsoft is surrendering its 4 percent shareholding in Sendo.

Both parties have said they are happy with the settlement.

Its ALL ABOUT MONEY, sp... Even your worst enemy would gladly become your best friend for specific ammount of $$$....

Sad but true...money money money...money makes the world go arround...always was and always will be so...even if some people may say that it isnt true...

We would need to change people's thinking in drastical way to try to improve that...but with so many different views...and other issues...that is almost like mission impossible...dunno...i am speechless...help me out, members...

Maybe this Sendo is sponsored by Democrats (or by John F. Kerry personally)...so thats why it FLIP-FLOPED...first sueing M$ for some "thefts"...and then beeing happy and "forgeting about thefts and all other illegal stuff that M$ supposedly made"...

rumours say that the new SendoX mobile phone that resuntly released, and has Symbian OS, suffers from a lot of bugs... And rumours also say that all future sendo mobile phones (and siemens phones) will have Microsoft OS installed... So, if you have a lot of money, you have a lot of friends
