Amid growing popularity for mega-pixel digital cameras, Sony’s new product with 7 million-pixel resolution is hitting the local market. Sony Korea announced Tuesday that it has unveiled “Cyber-Shot DSC-P150,” a 7.2-megapixel digital camera.
The P150 can yield an image size of 3,072 by 2,304 pixels, and features a Carl Zeiss Vario Tessar optical zoom lens, one of the global top three lenses, to maximize the benefit of the camera's high resolution and color.
The newly unveiled product is also equipped with Sony’s "Real Imaging Processor" circuitry that ensures high resolution as well as battery power efficiency that enables up to 320 shots per one charge of the battery.
The P150 will be available at the Sony Style online shopping mall (www.sonystyle.co.kr), Sony Style Coex and Sony Wings in Apgujeong, Myeongdong and Busan.
