Good performance. Basically solid software. DirectX 9-compatible 3-D hardware.
Cons:
Electronic program guide and TV apps need to be better integrated. No Digital Theater Sound support in DVD player. No component video output.
Bottom Line:
The ATI All-in-Wonder 9600 XT's generally solid suite of multimedia apps and a 10-foot user interface hold this package together, along with a very good entry-level/intermediate video editing solution.
