ya, i am kinda surprised that you guys still haven't receive one. besides, seems like most reviewers haven't receive one yet....

strange... about what LG is doing.

weird eh? I have one right now and i still haven't tried writing anything :p its like Athlon 64, it supports 64bit, its cool to have it around, but there is no practical use for the average-joe (me being one of them)

I hope you guys review one soon... so I know what kinda of media should I buy

btw, i don't know whether to get -R(W) or +R(W). I searched on google, turns out they are too technical or too vague, is there some article out there good for people like me?

(surprisingly i am gonna be studying computer engineering this fall in uni, haha, i am so dead)

It depends at LG to send us the drive at the correct time and we will review it, now trying to get it from third party...

maybe LG is "afraid" of sending a drive... some "bad" things might be uncovered... maybe bad quality burns, or low speed performance... Or maybe wi'll be surprised when we 'll test the first LG drive and find out that is one of the best... anyway, LGs are still a mystery and i hope not for long...

Voted. Had to use selection "LG 4081 or LG 4082".
