I'm using Nero 6.0.0.17 and I wonder why it won't let me select a burning speed below 16x when trying to burn an audio cd?

Has anyone got an answer for me?

Many thanks for your replies.

My specs: P4 / 3 Ghz with 1 Ghz of Ram and a Pioneer DVR 106D dvd-burner with firmware-revision 1.7

Try update Nero to the latest version, Pioneer 106 should have another option for CD-DA projects

My burner is a Pioneer DVR 106 D with firmware revision 1.7
The reason I want to burn at a lower speed is that the cd-changer in my car ( also Pioneer ) gives me problems if I try to play cd's in it that were burned at speeds above 8x.
I'm using Easy CD/DVD creator 6 to burn my audio cd's at this time and this programm lets me choose every speed from 2x upto max, so why won't Nero..?

Updating Nero doesn't solve that problem. I've got Nero 6.3.1.6 Full on my 2nd computer running a LiteOn LWS411S DVD-writer and I've got the same problem with Nero there as well....?
