please help. i am unable to use the "copy entire disc" function.

i have nero express software that came with my tdk 48/24/48 cdr/rw drive. i have it in a pentium 3 733mhz pc with 512mb ram, winxp os.

i have had no problems burning data cds, mp3 and regular music cds, etc.

BUT when it comes to using the function "copy entire disc", i cannot go past the 1st step.
- i can see the "source drive", but there is no "destination drive".
- i cannot access the "quick copy" fuction
- i can access and change the "writing speed"
- i can access and change the "number of copies"
- i cannot access the "burn" button at the bottom right.

i have tried to "copy entire disc" with a variety of types of original and backup copies music and software cds, but with no luck.

please help.
