Enable overburn in Nero preferences. Put disc in.

Choose your compilation.

Use latest f/w.

Plex 40x can overburn to max of 94mins 55secs...

I tried that. In the recorder info it says Overburn is supported. I have placed the file in the ISO that I want to burn and it says that "theres not enough space on the disk please insert another disk". please tell me what i'm doing wrong. thanks

As Clint said above, this will enable the overburning feature. I have seen 12 posts today throughout the web regarding Inifiti 99 minute cdr's. It is possible that this could be a bad batch of media or that they are not actually 99 min cdrs. Try some known 99 min media and see if this helps.

We had some Inifiti 99min CDs here but never get to burn them above 91mins. I am not so sure they are actually 99mins or only 90mins long!

It has to be disk at once mode to overburn or it will not do it.
