Wow. When I paid $32.00 locally for some 24x media (700mb 80min 100pk) I thought that was a rip and they when down since then, that was before I knew that the liteon isn't picky. Maybe I'm just spoiled owning a liteon24x being able to burn the cheapest and slowest media at 24x.
Just my two cents.

Yep, the cheap media LiteOn can use is just another value you can include when pricing CDRW drives. I've used 2 year old 12x generic media perfectly at 24x, as well as the cheap 24x 80Min 700MB 50 Piece Spindle available to Outpost.com for $7.00 http://shop2.outpost.com/product/3073449/ All work great!
