Can anybody recommand a best cd-rom drive for on-the-fly cd copy for my yamaha 3200S?? since my old 16x cd-rom drive can't keep up. I need a cd-rom drive that is very stable, fast, low cpu utiliztion, and work well with on-the-fly cd copying.

thanks in advance.

Jason.

I just got a Buslink DV16 which is the lite on 163 16x dvd. it rips at over 50 clean so I second that advice, and the Buslink might be had cheaper.

I believe I saw on another site that it wont read them but I could be wrong. I have enough different hardware that something I own will probably work. Check some of the other sites and double check me.

If it can't read latest "protections" - is this a likely future firmware fix?

Also, what software comes bundled with the drive?

Thanx,

R.
