Why my plextor 750 need ~ 32 seconds to read full a DVD DL and 22 seconds to read a  full DVD-R ? (Time from inserting DVD to show the content) Is this normal?

Yes, all Plextors need some extra time, also my 716, to initialize a disc.
This time depends on the disc type. Probably with the DL needs a little more time to read the TOC.

Maybe due to Autostrategy, when you insert a disc, the drive needs sometime to initialize the disk.
