I defined paper stock for a jewel case inlay, Neato 2-up. The first inlay on a sheet prints fine. The second one, at the bottom of the sheet, won't print completely--it should be 143.9mm wide by 117.2mm high, but it prints a TINY piece of the left upper corner of the inlay, 10mm W x 66mm H. I've checked and rechecked my paper stock, inlay, spine, x/y measurements several times. I have: deleted the whole document and started a new one, with same result; deleted my defined stock and redone it twice; done clean uninstall of Nero (5.5.10.54), reinstalled it; clean uninstalled again and installed the only prior version I had (5.5.10.28); clean uninstalled again, redownloaded and installed 5.5.10.54, but still that second inlay on the sheet won't print. I thought since it will print the first one on the sheet that I could trick it by making it think the second one IS the first one--since the second one is 33.2mm from the bottom of the sheet, and the first one is 23.0mm from the top of the sheet, I used the 33.2 for X and then turned the sheet around so that it fed bottom first instead of top first. Now it prints the same 66mm width, from the left margin, by 100mm height!! The top/left section it does print lines up perfectly with the Neato inlay. There is nothing I can see to explain this odd behavior. The booklet and CD label print OK. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Perhaps a prior version of Nero 5.5 is needed--where can I find one? BTW my Nero Cover Designer version is 2.2.1.11, if it makes any difference. Thanks for your help.
