I have heard that if you have a Gameshark you can play burnt games. I am a newbie and I know very little.

I have a CD burner and a DVD burner.

How do I sucessfully burn a game with what I have? And what else will I need.

I am very confused.

Well, you will need to copy the ps2 game onto a DVD-ROM. Most ps2 games are made in DVD format, so you will very rareley have to use your CD-RW burner. Also, you will need a mod chip in your ps2. I suggest the DMS3 mod chip. It costs 79$ currently, and you will need a pro to install it for you. As for playing the ps2 games with actionreplay or gameshark, it wont work! I tried it and it just messes up your system. I forget the website but there is one that tells you where the nearest installer is to your location. It is like www.modchipinstallation.com. Yeah, that's it. Hope this helps.
