I'm trying to burn some music tracks onto TDK CD-R Audio CDs but can't get them to work. If I use another brand of CD then it works so its something to do with the TDK media. The difference is that the TDK CDs are for standalone consumer end CD writers rather than PC CD writers but does this actually make any difference? I've noticed that if I try to see the files burnt onto the TDK CD via Windows explorer there arn't any files on the CD! I'm using the latest version of Nero on XP SP2. Can anyone shed any light on this?

The TDK CDs are those with the "For audio use only" label?

Under the CD logo it says "For Consumer" and on the cover it says "For CD-R Audio Recorders". I appreciate they are made for stand alone CD recorders but is there any way of getting them to work on PC CD Writers and what are the difference between these kind of CDs and Data CDs?

Maybe with a firmware to work.
