I am just browsing on firefox and then i get a messege that shockwave is doing a illegal operation and that i should shut down my navigator i dont know what it is but i got it about 10 times now

The only thing you can do is update your Flash & Shockwave plugins.  Otherwise just stop visiting the site that is causing the problem...unless it's this one...
