We would like to inform you, that a new version of AnyDVD has been released. Here the list of fixes and improvements:

5.2.7.2, 2005 07 04
- New: Added support for a new version of the "Sony ARccOS protection" as found on "Hitch" R1 (US) to the
option to remove "Protection based on unreadable Sectors"
- Fix: Problem introduced in 5.2.4.2 - not all unreadable areas of ARccOS protected discs were replaced with dummy sectors
- Some minor fixes and improvements

The update is free for all registered customers, of course.Just install the new version on top of your current version,
regardless which version you have installed : http://www.slysoft.com/en/download.html

Yes, that's what I've been using in conjunction with Shrink. I was doing this months before decryptor left the market. I've never had a failure using the two for backups.
