A Jordanian militant who is responsible for hacking to death civilians in Iraq, may be captured thanks to his laptop turning traitor. Abu Musab al-Zarqawi’s laptop was found abandoned in a truck as he legged it to avoid capture near the city of Ramadi recently.
According to ABC News, the laptop has already supplied enough information to capture several people in Zarqawi’s inner circle and might result in Zarqawi's own undoing. US soldiers also found a bomb making plant which was mentioned in the laptop.
Zarqawi's Al Qaeda in Mesopotamia, has claimed responsibility for bombings, beheadings and ambushes that have killed hundreds across Iraq in the past two years.
So, far computers and laptops used by Islamic militants and found by the US, have been quite successful in unravelling many a cunning plan.
