Is there a cd burner program that can fit on a usb drive? it doesn't have to have many features.

Do you mean a USB flash drive? And if so, how large is it?

Golden Hawk CDRWIN + Nero ASPI with plenty of room to spare (assuming you have a portable drive)... but if you have a flash drive, why wouldn't you put the data you want on that and burn it later?

well see, the thing is not everyone has good burning software now adays. So when I go to a friends house or too work, and I need to burn something. it means that I need to install nero on something else. I rather just have it running on a usb drive then I am good to go.

Goldenhaek is not authoring software is it? I thought it was just for making cd copies?

I'd try www.deepburner.com - the free version

I recall it keeping itself to itself, and not splashing anything in other directories or populating the registry, so it MIGHT run from removable storage without install.
