Can't back up games

I tried backing up some video game, but when I put the disk in the DVD drive or DVD writer, DVD Decrypter or DVD Shrink shows the disk size is only about 13MB, obviously that can't be true and as a result I won't be able to back up the games. Am I missing something?

Try to do it as ISO, is it an XBOX game? Try also Alcohol 120 latest version.
