katherine -> Windows xp (2/1/2009 8:20:36 PM) my pc shut down and will not restart . it is six yrs old and has been hot and had a lot dust in it . is there a way to get it started ? the monitor stays on a few seconds and no signal and goes off before i can do anything with the keyboard .
