I have had this USB combo drive for at least 18 months and it has worked fine. Recently I pulled my internal CD-Reader/Writer out since it was old and slow. Now my LG will not burn "ANY" CDs. It reads them fine but will not "see" a disc of any type when trying to burn.
I use WinXP-Pro and have uninstalled the USB Drive, Hub and Card, letting XP discover them one at a time and re-load. No change.
Any ideas?
Also: how can I tell what Firmware version is on the device inside the case?
