Can anyone help me?
I've just bought my kids Toshiba gigabeat P5 MP3 players. At first I couldn't recharge them at all on my desk top computer. They worked fine on my lap top. I have all the specifications reqd but couldn't charge them. I disconnected my sons hard drive and then found that for a while they would recharge. Now regardless, they won't, and neither can songs be downloaded by my son on to them.
Is there any web site or info I can download to help with this?
Has anyone any idea what I should do - or what's wrong with my desk top?!!
