I have hd loader and am upgrading to hd advance 3.0. I don't want to lose my games on my hard drive. When I switch to hd advance 3.0. I belive it will want to format my hard drive. How can I save my games from my hard drive?

probably you can install the HDD to your PC and move the files to a normal HDD and then back to PS2 HDD...

say i wanna save ffxi to my computer is there a way i can hook my hdd to my cpu and play it on my computer from the ps2 hdd ?

you cannot play PS2 games at your PC since there isn't any emulator
