rogerwilkerson -> how to copy and move data files to dvd-rw (6/27/2005 2:26:24 PM)
I'm using a freeware program(Karen's Replicator) to copy/backup data files to my dvd writer. With InCD, have to format the rw disc using InCD. Then can copy or move files. However, with subsequent attempts, cannot see the files that were copied and cannot copy new files.
What can I use to copy data files to dvd ? I just want the plain files copied and no backup type software to encrypt the files. The data files are word and text documents that I want to move.

Unistall InCD. The only thing you'll have is problems. Better use the ordinary burning way.[:)]

What is the ordinary way? Using WinExplorer to copy files or use nero express or nero burning?

I make data discs using Sonic Record Now and also with Nero. They work fine with video on them so data files should be no problem.

In my previous job, I need to do lost of code merging and comparing work. The tool I used is Araxis Merge. Well, it's not a freeware. I know there is some similar freewares, but seems not so powerfull. Anyway, have some looks on this tool.
