I was updating my 3500A when the flash stop responding. Is there a way to force update the drive in dos? All the dos flasher seems to have problems because it checks for checksums or supported media before allowing updates.
Would love to revive this drive.

hard to say, i imagine the drive's led is now blinking?

yup it's just blinks now.

Everytime i tried ot flash it now it stocks at block 17. Guess it's hosed

Were you using the official updater or Binflash?
Also is the drive recognized by your BIOS?  Does the eject/load button work?
